Readers can report a possible error at notaskleft@mohuls.com. Please include the article URL, the statement in question, and any supporting evidence.
How we respond
We review reports against the available record. If a factual error could materially affect a reader's understanding, we correct the article and add a dated correction note explaining what changed. Minor spelling, formatting, or clarity edits may be made without a correction note when they do not alter meaning.
Integrity of the record
Correction notes are attached to the article rather than hidden in an unrelated page. We do not silently remove a material error merely to preserve appearances. If an article cannot be responsibly repaired, it may be withdrawn or redirected with an explanation.
